“What even is a Second?” you may ask.
Seconds are skeins that didn’t meet our standards when they made their way through the many hands of our production crew during quality control. “Seconds” may indicate:
- Slubs
- Pigtails
- Dye transfer spots
- Underweight or overweight skeins
- Funky ply
- Bad color splices
- Knots
But don’t worry! You will still get a skein that is full yardage.

ABOUT RETURNS … ALL SALES ON SECONDS ARE FINAL! We will not be able to offer ball-winding service add-on for these items. We also can’t guarantee that multiple skeins from a colorway will match each other well.
ABOUT SPEED … Our analytics tell us that the people who are able to complete checkout fastest are folks with Apple Pay on their phones, or PayPal and Google Pay on their laptops. Those folks trying to type in their credit card numbers at checkout almost never make it through in time.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will wrap your goods in accordance with our exact and exact specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located in Europe as much as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time depending on the item.
Before shipping, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order after 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. The item must be in its original packaging.
